Before the acquisition of the Company and throughout 15 years, served as a CFO and member of the board of directors in a variety of Public Traded Companies in distinct sections of operation in Israel and worldwide.

Background includes innovative solutions for corporate finance and capital market expertise.

Has obtained a C.P.A license since 1994. Business Administration graduate.

In his private life, Shimon is married and father to three children. Volunteers in a few organizations assisting children with special needs, aiming to please their time and assisting them to socially integrate and rehabilitate in the Israeli society.
